As the head of our Research and Strategic Insights group, Cindy brings over 20 years of CPG industry experience including Pizza Hut and Frito Lay. With her high performance, results-driven strategic insights direction she has demonstrated leadership, expertise, and distinguished performance in consumer driven brand innovation. Her expertise spans brand development, identifying key consumer needs, product innovation, and market research to quantify and qualify consumer messaging for creative media and market rollouts. She is an out-of-the box thinker with strong leadership, analytical and critical thinking skills gleaned through extensive brand and product development experience and M.S. degree in Food Science. Cindy has worked on both product and brand innovation where she brings her passion for understanding consumer behavior to developing winning strategies for the marketplace.
