This is where we understand the consumers’ reality – their perceptions, interests, motivations, habits, social networks, beliefs and behaviors. We observe them using innovative ethnographic techniques.  We help them project their deep emotional feelings through creative exercises.  We interview, we cajole, we dig – all to uncover those wonderful nuggets we’re all seeking.

And then comes the hard and laborious work.  The hours of analysis.  The hours reviewing videos, generating and organizing data, comparing notes, and discussing the findings.

These strategic insights we are after are elusive. They are discovered through hard work and keen intuition that has been developed and honed through years of experience.  At XRS, we have a seasoned team of social scientists that have sharpened their intuition so we can get to the proverbial jar of honey.
